Till I Meet You Again    

          I was totally crazy. Today I went to Show Time Theater to watch a free movie called “Till I Meet You Again” just before midterm exam. The movie is directed by Giddens Ko(九把刀) and starting by Ko Cheng-Tung(柯震東), Gingle Wang(王淨), Vivian Sung(宋芸樺), and Umin Boya(馬志翔). The reason why I left behind my midterm exam was because of Gingle Wang. I love her so much after I watched the Netflix series called “More Than Blue.” She is so lovely and I admire her well acting! Not surprising, she is also cute in this movie with her sweet pink LOB hair style!!!

        “Till I Meet you Again” is a fantasy movie included romance, comedy, and life issue-love in the moment. It’s a prequal of Director Ko’s another movie called “Café Waiting Love.” The story starts with Alun, the main character with childish characteristic, is struck by lighting and die suddenly. he goes to underworld without his memory. In there, he gets a bracelet stringed by black and white pearls. If he wants to reborn as a human being again, he needs to work as a Yue Lao until all the pearls turn white. During the Yue Lao training, he meets Pinky, a girl is murdered by her boyfriend. Afterward, they become Yue Lao partners to help people fall in love and Alun recalls the important person in his life.

        I really love the life issue-love in the moment mentioned in this movie. In the story, Alun loved at the first sight with a transfer student when he was an elementary student, and he proposed to her every day. The girl always said “NO” and felt annoyed. One day the girl asked him, “Why do you always ask me to marry you? We are still children. Every thing will change when we grow up.” Alun responded “Because when you say yes, I am the happiest man in the world although there is just one second.” This part let me realize love is simple and beautiful. We can love in the moment without worrying unpredictable future.

        And another attractive part is WHAT you can reborn as. What you can reborn as is based on how many white pearls you have. You can reborn as a cicada with 2 white pearls, a dog with 11 white pearls, and a human with 12 white pearls. The bracelet only has 12 pearls in total, but if you want to become a cat, you need to get 12 plus one. I think every cat definitely saved the world in a previous life, so they can reborn as cats. The setting of rebirth is interesting and attractive.

        Overall, “Till I Meet You Again” is a fine movie with touching and funny spots, but if you don’t like horror movie, this movie might be a little scary for you because I was shocked several times by the ghost.
